Remote-friendly
Engineering at scale,
without the enterprise drag.
Ship fast, own it fully
Small team means real ownership. You architect, build, deploy, and maintain production systems used by enterprise clients across 12 EU markets.
Flexible by design
Work from Barcelona, Leiden, Luxembourg — or fully remote. We care about output, not office hours. Async-first with quarterly in-person sprints.
Real product, real scale
Our platforms track 10M+ QR codes, serve 25K concurrent users, and handle EU regulatory compliance for some of Europe's largest retailers and logistics operators.
Competitive compensation
Senior-band salaries benchmarked to Amsterdam and Luxembourg market rates. Performance bonus, hardware budget, and conference allowance included.
Cutting-edge domains
Digital Product Passports, EU Battery Regulation, RFID/QR logistics, GDPR-compliant multi-tenant SaaS — problems that require real engineering depth.
No politics, just craft
No middle management layer. Direct access to founders. Decisions made on merit. You'll spend your time building, not in alignment meetings.
Two positions.
Both senior. Both real.
Full-time Remote / Barcelona / Leiden Senior
Senior Fullstack Developer
Own the end-to-end development of our core SaaS platforms — from API design through to pixel-perfect frontend — in a codebase that ships to enterprise clients across Europe.

The role

You'll work across the full stack of our platform suite: warehouse intelligence, product lifecycle management, track & trace, and our EU Battery Digital Product Passport platform. You'll take features from specification to production independently, collaborating directly with the founding team and enterprise clients.

This is not a ticket-taker role. You'll be involved in architecture decisions, client technical discussions, and the product roadmap from day one.

What you'll build

  • Multi-tenant B2B SaaS platforms serving retail and logistics enterprises across 12 EU markets
  • Real-time QR and RFID tracking systems processing millions of scan events
  • EU regulatory compliance features including Digital Product Passports (DPP) and Battery Regulation Art. 77
  • White-label and OEM platform deployments for enterprise partners
  • REST APIs consumed by third-party integrations and mobile clients

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of fullstack development experience in production environments
  • Strong PHP (8.x) backend skills — we use PHP/MySQL for core platforms; TypeScript/NestJS for newer services
  • Modern frontend fluency: React, TypeScript, CSS — you write UI that actually looks good
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, database design, and performance optimisation
  • Comfortable with Linux servers, deployment pipelines, and production incident response
  • EU working rights required (we don't sponsor visas currently)

Nice to have

  • Experience with QR code systems, RFID, or supply chain technology
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks (GDPR, PPWR, EU Battery Regulation)
  • Experience with white-label or OEM SaaS deployments
  • Contributions to open source projects

Full-time Remote / Luxembourg / Barcelona Principal
Enterprise Cloud Architect
Define and own the infrastructure strategy for a growing suite of enterprise SaaS platforms operating across AWS, Cloudflare, and on-premise EU data residency environments.

The role

As our first dedicated Cloud Architect, you'll own the infrastructure layer across all Nexo platforms — from platform security and multi-region resilience to cost optimisation and compliance posture. You'll work closely with engineering and directly with enterprise clients on technical due diligence, security audits, and integration architecture.

With EU data residency requirements tightening and our client base expanding into regulated industries, this role is critical to our next phase of growth.

What you'll own

  • Cloud architecture across AWS (EU-West) and Cloudflare — including CDN strategy, DDoS protection, and edge compute
  • EU data residency compliance — ensure all customer data remains within EEA boundaries at all times
  • Platform security posture — TLS configuration, WAF rules, secret management, penetration testing coordination
  • Infrastructure as Code — migrate our current server setup to fully declarative, reproducible infrastructure
  • Observability stack — logging, tracing, alerting, and SLA monitoring across all platforms
  • Disaster recovery and business continuity planning for enterprise SLA commitments

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience, with at least 3 in an architect capacity
  • Deep AWS expertise — EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC — ideally with EU region deployments
  • Strong security background: GDPR technical controls, penetration testing, OWASP, SOC 2 readiness
  • Infrastructure as Code experience: Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK at production scale
  • Experience designing and operating systems with 99.9%+ uptime SLAs
  • Ability to communicate architectural decisions to non-technical enterprise stakeholders
  • EU working rights required

Nice to have

  • AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent certification
  • Experience with Cloudflare Workers, R2, or Zero Trust networking
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks: GDPR, NIS2, DORA
  • Multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure design at enterprise scale
  • Experience supporting ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audits
